Hey hey, hello to all my longtime readers and a warm welcome to all the new subscribers! Before I dive into this issue, here's a quick snapshot of who I am for those just joining us, or a reminder for those who have been here all along:
I’m a Fluff superfan.
I’ve been blogging since before it was called that, and I currently write for Boing Boing.
I’m on Pee-wee Herman’s creative team, and have been for over a decade.
I have been part of the Burning Man community since my first playa adventure in 1995, but won’t ever consider myself a Burner. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My likeness has been transformed into wrapping paper and finger puppets, thanks to the novelty peddlers at Archie McPhee.
So, if you’re expecting this inbox zine to be anything short of a wild and quirky adventure, think again!
ALSO…!!
For the foreseeable future, I’m holding the fort as the arteest-in-residence at Willis Wonderland, the incredible pink kitsch-filled home of the late, great Allee Willis. If you’re in the Los Angeles area, or planning a visit, let’s make something fun happen!
— Rusty Blazenhoff

Another Real Thing That Actually Exists: Yes way!
Keen Keane: This is such a strange collab but, won’t lie, I’m kinda into it. [Thx, Anna!]

From the event’s description: “This will be a competitive scavenger hunt where your cult will venture to a series of secret Brooklyn locations where you will perform rites & ritualistic challenges. You’ll earn points during these for your acts of devotion and receive bonus points by finding & doing things from the ordained scavenger list.” Omg, yes!
